Julianna Maksymilianna Henckel von Donnersmarck<\/strong><\/em> urodzi\u0142a si\u0119 w 1651 roku pochodzi\u0142a z rodziny von Coob. Wysz\u0142a za Leona Ferdynanda Henckel von Donnersmarcka, kt\u00f3ry od 1671 r. by\u0142 w\u0142a\u015bcicielem Bytomia. Za jego czas\u00f3w w 1697 roku ziemia bytomska otrzyma\u0142a status \u201eWolnego Pa\u0144stwa Stanowego\u201d. Wkr\u00f3tce po otrzymaniu nadania od cesarza Leopolda I, Leon Ferdynand zmar\u0142.<\/p>\n

 Wtedy rz\u0105dy przej\u0119\u0142a jego \u017cona, poniewa\u017c ich synowie byli jeszcze ma\u0142oletni. J.M. Henckel von  Donnersmarck  przez 12 lat (1698-1710) rz\u0105dzi\u0142a w Bytomiu. Mia\u0142a w\u0142asne dobra ko\u0142o Legnicy, kt\u00f3re sprzeda\u0142a w 1713r. i kupi\u0142a \u017byglinek. Z racji sprawowanej godno\u015bci zasiada\u0142a  w Sejmie \u015al\u0105skim. (Sejm \u015al\u0105ski , Ksi\u0105\u017c\u0119cy powsta\u0142 w XV wieku i jest por\u00f3wnywalny z sejmikami w Polsce. Na \u015al\u0105sku, podzielonym od XIII wieku na wiele ksi\u0119stw  na zwo\u0142ywanych przez kr\u00f3la Czeskiego posiedzeniach stanowych mogli pojawia\u0107 si\u0119 tylko w\u0142adcy \u2013\u2013 st\u0105d okre\u015blenie \u201eksi\u0105\u017c\u0119cy\u201d, lub wolni panowie stanowi. Ponadto swojego przedstawiciela przysy\u0142a\u0142 Wroc\u0142aw i b\u0119d\u0105cy jednocze\u015bnie ksi\u0119ciem nyskim biskup wroc\u0142awski.<\/p>\n

Rozstrzyga\u0142a sprawy s\u0105dowe mi\u0119dzy mieszkaj\u0105c\u0105 na terenie ziemi bytomskiej szlacht\u0105, by\u0142a dam\u0105 orderu Gwia\u017adzistego Krzy\u017ca. Dla mieszka\u0144c\u00f3w miasta by\u0142a \u017cyczliwa i utrzymywa\u0142a z nimi dobre stosunki.<\/p>\n

Pelhrzim wyda\u0142 zgod\u0119 na kopanie Jerzemu Giesche handlarzowi z Wroc\u0142awia, a Julia Maksymiliana twierdzi\u0142a, \u017ce tylko oni maj\u0105 przywilej na tak\u0105 eksploatacje. We 1702r Pelhrzim  wygra\u0142 ten sp\u00f3r ,a dwa lata p\u00f3\u017aniej Giesche dosta\u0142 od cesarza prawo na eksploatacje galmanu na ca\u0142ym \u015al\u0105sku. J.M.
