„Wynalazek przyszłości” – konkurs dla dzieci i młodzieży
Uniwersytet Otwarty UŚ zaprasza dzieci i młodzież w wieku od 6 do 15 lat do zgłaszania swoich prac w konkursie „Wynalazek przyszłości”.
Celem konkursu jest rozwój pasji i kreatywności, ale także doskonalenie umiejętności technicznych, logicznych, poznawczych oraz ogólnorozwojowych dzieci i młodzieży. W ramach konkursu wyłonione zostaną najlepsze prace konkursowe (w dwóch kategoriach wiekowych), przedstawiające pomysł na innowacyjny wynalazek, który – dzięki rozwojowi nauki i nowym odkryciom – mógłby przyczynić się do rozwoju ludzkości i sprawić, że nasze otoczenie stałoby się lepszym miejscem do życia. Oznacza to zatem, że w głównej mierze organizatorzy konkursu stawiają nacisk na kreatywność i innowacyjność pomysłu, mniej na szybkość jego wdrożenia. Pozwólmy zatem dzieciom i młodzieży puścić wodzę fantazji oraz sprawić, by ich wyobraźnia była nieskrępowana szablonami czy ograniczeniami.
Uczestnikami konkursu mogą zostać dzieci i młodzież w wieku od sześciu do piętnastu lat. Uczestnicy konkursu zostaną podzieleni na dwie kategorie wiekowe: dzieci w klasach 0-4 oraz młodzież w klasach 5-8.
Nagrodą w Konkursie jest bezpłatny udział w Uniwersytecie Śląskim Dzieci lub Uniwersytecie Śląskim Młodzieży (w zależności od kategorii wiekowej), a także zestaw gadżetów, dyplom oraz nagroda rzeczowa.
„The Invention of the Future” – a competition for children and youth
The Open University of Silesia invites children and youth aged 6 to 15 to submit their works in the „Invention of the Future” competition.
The aim of the competition is to develop passion and creativity, as well as to improve the technical, logical, cognitive, and general development skills of children and youth. The competition will select the best competition works (in two age categories), presenting an idea for an innovative invention that – thanks to the development of science and new discoveries – could contribute to the development of humanity and make our environment a better place to live. This means that the organizers of the competition primarily emphasize the creativity and innovativeness of the idea, rather than the speed of its implementation. Let us allow children and youth to unleash their imagination and make their creativity unrestricted by templates or limitations.
Participants in the competition can be children and youth aged six to fifteen. Competition participants will be divided into two age categories: children in grades 0-4 and youth in grades 5-8.
The prize in the Competition is free participation in the Children’s University of Silesia or the Youth University of Silesia (depending on the age category), as well as a set of gadgets, a diploma, and a tangible prize.
